As a charitable organization, Aashraya Charitable Trust does not sell physical products through its website. However, we may occasionally deliver the following items to donors and supporters:

• Tax Exemption Receipts (in physical format upon request)
• Donation Acknowledgment Letters
• Certificates of Appreciation
• Event Materials or Merchandise (if applicable)

2.Delivery Timelines

Items, when applicable, will generally be dispatched within 7 to 14 working days from the date of request or confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the location of the recipient and external courier conditions..

3.Delivery Methods

We use Indian Postal Services or reputed courier partners for domestic shipping. For international supporters, if shipping is applicable, we will coordinate individually based on feasibility and regulations.

4. Shipping Charges

• Domestic Shipping (within India): Usually free of charge for acknowledgment items.
• International Shipping: If available, any applicable charges will be communicated in advance and may need to be borne by the recipient.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the donor/supporter to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Aashraya Charitable Trust will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

6.Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact the donor to confirm the address. A re-dispatch will be made only after verification, and any additional cost may be charged.

7. No Commercial Deliveries

Please note that Aashraya Charitable Trust does not sell goods online. We do not deliver any commercially sold products or charge for merchandise as part of our operations.
